1. Data controller

Mapzon OÜ, entered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 16549432, with its registered office at Rotermanni tn 6, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy question, please write to administration@mapzon.eu.

2. What data we process

• Data you send us through the contact form: full name, email address, company, enquiry type and the content of your message.
• Data you send us if you email us directly.
• Technical data generated when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, which our hosting provider logs for security and operational purposes.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your message.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, assess the investment opportunity you present. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you marketing, we do not profile you and we do not sell your data.

4. Who else processes the data

We work with providers that process data on our behalf, solely to provide their service to us:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers contact form messages to our mailbox.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which runs our email.
• Google (Google Fonts), which serves the website’s typefaces. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a relationship results from it, for as long as that relationship lasts. After that we keep them, with restricted access, only for the statutory periods during which claims may arise, and then delete them.

6. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to administration@mapzon.eu.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or with the data protection authority in your country.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools, and it does not store information on your device. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
